Although our servers are extremelly reliable, we don't offer such garantees simple because we don't really calculate our uptime in the same way as traditional web hosting companies do (since we are not in the web hosting business per se). However, we operate a much smaller traffic volume than web hosting businesses usually do and we operate a policy of always offering a lot more room (in terms of processing power and bandwidth) to each customer's site compared to its average demand at any given moment to allow for a better elasticity in demand peaks.
