If you have a Blog, chances are that your current Blog content management provider already offers you a way to export all of your content to XML files. For other types of web sites (HTML) or even for converting flat files (MS word, RTF, PDF, etc...) there are dozens of applications that will do that for you rather easily (just google "XML + convert" and you'll find plenty of options).
